Please note that Free Delivery is via Standard Delivery.

Refunds & Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning your product:
- Contact - email@example.com to request a store credit or refund, explaining the reason. Please also include your order number and attach images in the unlikely case you have received a faulty product.
- Once a return has been authorised, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence, within 30 days of receiving acceptance of return via email. We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition, we will happily process the store credit or refund and will confirm this via email.
Please note that Stag Automotive is not responsible for transit costs for returned items - these are at the customer’s expense unless a product is faulty. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit or refund, sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
